Police are searching for a 24-year-old robber who failed to attend court for his sentencing.

Matthew Durkan, from Livingstone Road, Thornton Heath failed to attend court after his conviction for a robbery in 2002.

Durkan, who uses the aliases Michael James Norris and Matthew Ovekan, is white, 5ft 10in with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police say Durkan, who has a skull tattooed on his upper arm, should not be approached by the public.
