- A woman has been hospitalised after a fire broke out at a block of flats near a closed primary school this morning.
- The London Fire Brigade was called to the scene in Stoford Close at around 11.21am with it coming under control by 12.24pm.
- The woman was treated later taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service where she was treated for smoke inhalation.
- Southmead Close is remains closed for today due to boiler repairs.
- A balcony on the fourth floor, of nine, was 'lightly damaged' according to the LFB spokeswoman.
