Waitrose is recalling its New York cheesecakes because some packs may have strands of plastic in them.
The supermarket is recalling its Waitrose New York Cheesecake 540g with use-by dates up to and including March 6.
A spokesman for Waitrose said: “Any customers who have bought packs with the above date codes should not consume them, but return them to Waitrose for a full refund.”
Waitrose has apologised for any inconvenience to its customers and says no other products have been affected.
