A 19-year-old has been charged by police over the murder of a man in South Norwood.
Tyrone Farquharson, of Archer Road in South Norwood, was charged on March 7 with murder and possession of an offensive weapon (knife).
The victim, who has been named locally as Kelva Smith, was found on Monday evening in Albert Road, suffering stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Farquharson has been remanded in custody and was due to appear before Croydon Magistrates' Court earlier today.
A 15-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of murder on Tuesday.
He has since been bailed.
