LFB dealing with a fire at Coomber Way
Part of a warehouse in Croydon was alight this morning.
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to deal with a fire at an asphalt coating plant in Coomber Way.
LFB were called at 8.46am and found that a filtration system within the plan is completely alight.
Fire crews from Wallington, Croydon, Norbury and Woodside fire stations attended the scene.
The fire was under control shortly before midday, with LFB reporting no injuries as a result.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
