The cause of a fire that broke out in a house in Croydon is under investigation.
Twenty-five firefighters were called to Abbey Road shortly before 3.30pm this afternoon.
It has now been brought under control.
Two people fled from the property before the arrival of the London Fire Brigade as the fire spread through the ground floor of the house.

A LFB spokesman said they were called shortly before 3.30pm today (August 10), while crews from Croydon, Norbury, and Wallington stations attended.
