first of all i would like to say that by the sounds of it all the people that have commented on this situation do not actually know the person in question and was not aware of the inncident as a whole. now i would like to say that previous to the death of that boy, this 'gang' as you would like to call it, though it really is not that, were attacked numerous amount of times and nothing was done about this! i'm not just talking about a couple of bruises neither if that's what you think! one member in particular has been stabbed 24 times in total now, one kidnapped by the rival 'gang', nothing was done about this, i ask you if this is justice! and i think we all know that this is not!
i'm not saying that how this boy died was right and no body deserves to die like that, but first of all what everybody fails to realise is that the people that caused this boy to die are not even in jail, didn't even get remanded!
these boys are not bad horrible sick killers, they are all decent human beings, and there is still alot more of the trial of this death that alot of readers will never know. like previous to the boy dieing there was another big fight where 'till death' were extreamly outnumbered and had weapons being used on them including one of the boys being seriously stabbed and the friends thinking that he was near to death. 'till death' on the night of the incident did not leave their homes with any weapons, the weapons that were used in the death of the boy were brought by the boy's associates. but i would like to state that no body knows what happened that night except the people that were involved, and that the people that have truely lost out on their lives are the people that are in prison now for being in there for other people's actions.

clara from south norwood your evidence is of extraordinary value and i am a member of the nato world overseers of gang violence. The evidence coule release those who were innocently protecting themselves early from prison. However it will not release those who acted in any premeditated way.I hope parents of those involved will understand this if thier child acted in any inhumane way with malice or revenge on either side. Those weapons must be kept for DNA analysis.

So sad to see this type of thing is happening literally all over the world. I live two miles from one of the largest fires to hit southern california ever and over the past three days, have watched people come together to help one another. At this minute, nearly 500,000 people don't have a home to go to. You want to talk about the struggle of having to learn to live on the "streets"? Going back to the original issue, he's obviously not a good kid because he gloated at being free and bragged about being 'back on the road'? He was convicted because he was involved in the manslaughter of Stefan. Who was battered to death by bricks and hammers.

What sort of decent people would do that to anyone?

Being a gangster isn't anything new. Check the history of the East End of London at least 50 years ago.

I'm 27 years old. I've been seeing this get worse and worse since i was twelve. Even before some of these kids learnt to wipe there own arses.

From some of the comments i've read so far. We are not going to get anywhere at all. How can anyone stick up for this boy. The fact that he is leaving prison after such a short time is a disgrace and the probability is that he will be offending again in the not to distant future.

This gangsta talk etc is quite sad and talks of him being innocent.

I for one cheer when I hear about gang deaths when they shoot each other - scum off the streets. However when innocent people like in this case are killed it is sad that within 2 years one of the killers is back on the streets.

Fingers crossed taht more gangsters kill each other this weekend and leave the law abiding tax payers to live our lives in peace.

Everyone is talking about all these boys who are 14, 15 and 16 but where are the parents? If my son was even in a gang i would pack his bags and drag him to prison myself, let him see what prison is like, either that or i would kick his **** myself, given the choice, he'd be begging me to take him to prison.

I have had teeth smashed bones broke, been stabbed and robbed but thank god i have not been sufficiently out numbered to have been killed. Most muggings of blacks are committed by blacks, most shootings and stabbings of blacks are committed by blacks. The danger posed to blacks is predominantly from blacks, not from whites.

In any case, if this country is, as so many claim, so bad for blacks, then why are they still pouring into the UK in massive numbers? Why are they over-breeding here so severely? If it was so bad for them living her, they'd all be going back to Africa and the Caribbean.
