Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has been named Championship manager of the month for December.
Warnock led Palace to an unbeaten December where they secured 17 points from a possible 21, including victories over QPR, Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth Argyle, Coventry City and Sheffield United.
Also short-listed for the December award were Gary Johnson of Bristol City, Tony Pulis of Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion's Tony Mowbray.
Chris Kamara, chairman of the Coca-Cola Manager of the Month Awards panel, said: "When Neil Warnock took over as manager at Crystal Palace in October last year he claimed it would be the hardest job he would ever have as a manager.
"But just under three months into the job he has worked miracles at the club and their transformation has been incredible.
"Palace are a side high in confidence and playing some excellent football and their unbeaten month in December has seen them rise to within striking distance of a play-off place."
