A nine-year-old was indecently assaulted by a man in Streatham Common while she was playing with friends near their parents.
The girl was approached by the man at about 4pm last Wednesday (February 20) while she was playing with two other children in the Rookery in Streatham Common. They were near a path, not far from their parents.
The man indecently assaulted the girl and then ran off in an unknown direction.
He is thought to be white, about 5 ft 5, wearing tight grey army trousers and a jumper.
One man was arrested and subsequently eliminated from inquiries.
