A search for London's greatest trees was launched by environmentalists last week.
The Great Trees of London campaign aims to identify the trees that need safeguarding for future generations.
Trees For Cities wants landmark trees to have protected status, in the same way historic buildings do.
One nominated tree is the 300-year-old Cedar of Lebanon, which stands proud in the gardens of Addington Palace in Gravel Hill.
In partnership with Barratt Homes and the Forestry Commission, it now aims to find another 20, with a focus on London's boroughs.
