Tony Hadley has just finished an eight-week tour of America with Reborn in the USA - a Pop Idol-style show which he won. Now he's embarked on a 12-week UK summer tour.
It's a relaxed and accomplished performance by Tony, who initially doesn't seem sure which town he's in. His rendition of If I Can't Make You Love Me is stunning. He ups the tempo after the interval with an energetic version of Spandau Ballet's I Don't Need this Pressure On.
Changing the mood he sings After All this Time, which he recorded for the BBC drama Down to Earth.
He covers Tom Petty, the Chilli Peppers and Marc Cohn's Walking in Memphis. He sings his favourite Spandau song Through the Barricades, and so do the audience.
The audience has been shouting for Gold all evening - and finally get it, followed by True.
He rounds off with That's Life, and everyone is on their feet. Tony is far more than a reborn' Spandau star. He has an abundance of talent as a solo artist and has a wide appeal.
