Teen Queen contestant Sophie Kinsella strutted her stuff on the catwalk but has missed out on the UK title.
Although the 16-year-old cheerleader for Crystal Palace football club did not win the modelling competition, she said that she had a fantastic time.
She said: “It was a really great experience and if another competition comes up, I’m sure I would do it again.
“All the girls were really lovely. There was no bitchiness at all.”
Sophie, from Coulsdon, had to model on the catwalk and also answer questions about herself.
She said: “I was really nervous. The question bit was the worst.
“They asked how we raised funds for the show and who our favourite celebrity was. I said mine was Angelina Jolie because she adopts orphans from poor countries.”
Sophie’s family and friends were out in force at the teen modelling competition, which took place on August 14 in Milton Keynes.
Sophie said: “They were really supportive and it was great having them there to cheer me on.”
