JLS performed for hundreds of screaming fans at Tiger Tiger on Sunday night.
The ordered gig was a far cry from the chaos that ensued the last time the X Factor stars visited Croydon.
Five people were injured then as thousands queued up for a free gig at Fairfield Halls.
This time however, about 400 fans paid for the performance at Tiger Tiger.
A few lucky fans won the chance to meet their pop idols and posed for pictures with the boys after their performance.
The group performed some of the classics that they sang on the reality TV show.
A spokeswoman for the club said: “We had quite a few screaming fans in the club who were very excited about seeing the band. "The evening was a great success and we are very pleased about how it went.”
