People in Hammersmith and Fulham who have done sterling work helping addicts are being sought for a national award.
The fourth annual Tackling Drugs Changing Lives Awards, designed to recognise, reward and celebrate the work being done by drug teams and workers across the country, was launched last week by the Government.
Nominations are being sought for anyone who has made an outstanding contribution to tackling drugs and who, through the course of their actions, has changed lives and communities for the better.
More information along with nomination forms can be found online at drugs.homeoffice.gov.uk/awards2009.
The closing date for nominations is Monday, August 31.
