Hundreds of residents helped kick start the festive season in Lambeth when the borough's Christmas lights were switched on on Friday.
Father Christmas went green for the event, travelling by double decker bus on a tour around the borough, with his fairy helper, three snow queens and the mayor of Lambeth, Councillor Christopher Wellbelove also lending a hand.
The bus visited Streatham High Road, Herne Hill, West Norwood and Clapham as part of the festivities with entertainment, including carol singing, laid on by residents at each location.
Resident Ellen Oliveira, who saw the festivities in Streatham, said: "Everyone had a really great time, adults and children alike."
