There's no rest for the wicked at Theatre503 this week as as soon as All I Want For Christmas comes to an end on Saturday the venue goes straight into a run of three more productions.

All three of the plays are very different so here's our guide as to what to expect should you pop down to the theatre from Sunday.

Claim and Shame , December 13 to 15.

The third collaboration between director Joanna Turner and playwright Francis Beckett takes a comical look at the recent expenses scandal.

Newly elected Labour MP Meg Jones finds herself in the front line of the scandal while her husband falls for a classic newspaper honey trap.

As their lives and their marriage begin to disintegrate before the relentlessly cruel headlines they begin to wonder if it is all their fault or if they are just convenient scapegoats for much bigger fraudsters.

Exterminating Angel, December 16 and 17.

Devised and directed by Jack McNamara, a group of dinner party guests find themselves mysteriously unable to leave the room after finishing their meal.

While nothing physical stands in their way, something convinces them, beyond all doubt, that they are trapped without hope.

The play is a structured improvisation that has appeared in a variety of locations, shapes and sizes throughout the year and is inspired by the symbolist works of Maurice Maeterlinck and the Surrealist films of Luis Bunuel While each performance follows the same careful set of restrictions, no two evenings are ever the same.

Everything that rises must Dance, December 18.

A girl learns that the ordering of events can have desperate consequences. Her search for harmony becomes a constant conflict between the agreement and disruption of her memories in a story about how we force order on things because we have no way to experience randomness.

Director and performer Sasha Milavic Davies and cellist Lucy Railton have developed a new type of musical theatre, one in which contemporary music is a medium for performance and story-telling.
