First the bad news: there's no Dick Barton at the Warehouse Theatre this Christmas. Now the good news: the creators of the memorable DB series have created a new production for the seasonal treat Femme Fatale.

Created by Phil Willmot and directed by Ted Craig, the world premiere of Femme Fatale opens at the Dingwall Road venue this Friday (December 10) and runs until Sunday, February 20.

This wickedly funny musical pastiche of Hollywood film noir features Joe, a rookie reporter investigating the Black Widow. Handsome Joe learns that the mysterious beauty has had a string of rich husbands that have met with unfortunate accidents.

The unlikely hero stumbles along from comedy song to witty quips and in the process falls head over heels in love with the beautiful blonde bombshell Delores. Will love blind his clear thinking? Can he unravel the horror of the Femme Fatale's wicked scheme?

Find out at the Warehouse Theatre. Tickets are priced from £6.50 to £15.50.
