A guided tour of Addington Palace, an estate pre-dating the Domesday Book, takes place on Sunday.
Addington Palace, in Gravel Hill, was once the country retreat for six Archbishops of Canterbury and home to King Henry VIII’s hunting lodge. It was here that he courted his second wife Anne Boleyn.
The tour runs from 2-4.30pm. There will be four more tours on June 13, September 4, November 13 and December 5. Refreshments will be available.
