The extensive national tour of the Play What I Wrote is reaching a dramatic climax when it arrives at The Churchill Theatre, Bromley, with a different top-line surprise guest star every evening until April 23.

Churchill Theatre chief executive Derek Nicholls said: “This final culminating week of the tour of this multi-award winning celebration of Britain’s greatest comedy double act – Morecambe and Wise – will present Churchill Theatre audiences with an unparalleled array of star names.

“It’s a first for Bromley – never before has a different celebrity appeared on each day of the play’s run.” Previous stars have included Roger Moore, Ewan McGregor, Liam Neeson, Glenn Close, Neil Morrissey, Kylie Minogue, Joanna Lumley, Will Young, Honor Blackman, Stephen Tompkinson, Dawn French, Brian Conley, Nigel Havers, Ralph Fiennes and Richard Wilson, Sting.

For the Bromley run, no less than six guest celebrity stars will take to the stage. Performances are at 7.45pm each night with matinees on Thursday and Saturday at 2.30pm. Ticket prices range from £20 to £26.50. Call the box office on 0870 060 6620.
