Pupils from four schools have helped design in-flight entertainment packs for children.
The students from Edenham High School, Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College for Girls, Addington High School and Selsdon High School took part in a scheme to design, manufacture and market items for the in-flight children's packs. The students created a self-assembly eye mask made from foam material, which could be tailored to the particular destination.
Presenting the awards Alyna Trotman, in-flight director for project sponsor Excel Airways, said: "The students have clearly thought long and hard about what would entertain and occupy children, as well as being useful."
