Hundreds of Croydon Guardian readers say they are unhappy with this year's council tax rise.
Bills rose by 6.3 per cent this year and 92 per cent of people who took part in our internet survey said they do not believe they are getting value for money.
Less than eight per cent of respondents in the poll said the council was providing good service.
Croydon Guardian editor Helen Barnes said: "Thanks to all our readers who took part, the figures will be passed on to the council."
