ADDISCOMBE 2
NPL 1
Addiscombe ended their season on a high with a deserved victory over NPL.
Both sides struggled to find their rhythm early on as the early chances only came as a result of defensive lapses.
Buchanan gave Addiscombe the lead when he pounced on a loose ball to fire home.
After the break the visitors upped their game but found Adds keeper Clark in inspired form, along with defenders Thomas, Sayer, Harris and Davis.
But Add always looked dangerous on the break and it wasn't long before they doubled their lead when Buchanan fed Reid for a run in on goal which was capped with a cool finish.
NPL grabbed a consolation goal late on but the day belonged to Addiscombe.
