A Mondial UK employee has been handed a cheque for £2,000 after reaching 20 years service at the Croydon-based company.
Penny Parsons, BMW Operations supervisor, was presented with the cheque by chief executive Mike Webb last week.
An ecstatic Penny said: "I started in 1986 as a part-time co-ordinator how things have changed. There was a very basic phone system and all breakdowns were taken down manually.
"I can't believe where the time has gone and consider myself fortunate to work for Mondial UK."
Chief executive Mike Webb said: "We would like to congratulate Penny and thank her for her dedication and commitment to the continuing success of Mondial UK over the years."
