The restoration of Croydon's NLA Tower, otherwise known as the 50p building', is approaching completion.
A substantial amount of work has already been done to improve the exterior facade of the Addiscombe Road tower.
The tower was identified in a Channel 4 programme as one of the UK's top eyesores.
A spokesman for building restoration firm Triton said: "Work is running to schedule and within budget, reflecting the hard work and dedication of all site and office staff on the project."
