Ram Folk Club regulars Soiree are set to entertain the crowd at the venue in Thames Ditton again on Friday, June 18.
Familiar faces at the club, Soiree, who consist of Sue Graves, Hector Gilchrist and Steve Poole, produce melodic folk songs that also reveal the band’s love of jazz, traditional ballads and even rock ’n’ roll.
Steve Poole said: “Soiree is a getting together of friends with music, infused with exquisite harmonies and delicate, intertwined acoustic guitars and harmonica. The songs are melodic, inspiring and generally of a positive bent.”
The band will perform their new album Serenading the Moon on the night, as well as old favourites.
The event takes place at The Old Cranleighan Club in Portsmouth Road and doors open at 8pm.
Tickets cost £8, or £7 for members.
