A host of talented young singers’, DJ’s and budding musicians performed at The Boogie Lounge in Epsom last weekend at the after party of the first ever Junior Star Factor competition.
Runners up in the Star Factor competition, which was held in Caterham in March, were given the chance to show off their talent and get involved in the music industry.
Amanda Neale of Mega Music Management, which organised the event, said: "I think it is easy to disregard young people in the industry these days, believing that they have a lot to learn and need to mature.
“Whereas I believe that so many young artists these days are born with great talent and just need to be nurtured to make them grow.
“Many can often handle the pressure better than adults because they have nothing to lose."
DJ Mr Smooth from Smooth C Entertainments and artists Aurora and Simon Martin performed on the day.
