Fire in Worcester Park
Fire fighters rushed to reports of an underground fire in Worcester Park this morning.
At 4.16am fire services were called to Brabham Court after a member of public complained of smoke coming from the pavement.
One fire engine from New Malden attended the scene.
Firemen decided it was an underground cable on fire and contacted the electricity board who arrived at the scene at 5.45am as firemen left.
