Croydon's newest photo and art gallery has been officially opened by the Deputy Mayor.
Opened on September 2, The Click Clock Gallery will allow local organisations and individual photographers to display their work in the town hall's Clocktower Cafe.
Initially the scheme was promoted by The Museum of Croydon, but due to financial cuts the scheme was stopped.
Chartered surveyor and amateur photographer John Reeve, proposed to continue the scheme to promote Croydon and help get things back on their feet.
Helped by his 14-year-old grandson Simon Pizer, Mr Reeve set up the gallery to encourage all walks of life to become involved in art.
The Click Clock gallery is free to enter and is open every day between 9.30am and 5pm, except for Saturday when it is open 9.30am until 4pm.
