The jury in the case of a Balham man accused of murdering a man stabbed in the heart has retired to consider its verdict.
Father-of-two Solomon Sarfo, 34, died from a single stab wound in Tilson Gardens, Brixton Hill, at 11.35pm on February 27 this year.
Hotel worker Jamie Rickerby, 25, of Balham High Road, Balham, denies murder.
The jury in the case is expected to return a verdict this afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning.
