A 79-year-old motorcyclist from Leatherhead has died after a crash in West Sussex.
The man was riding north on the A285 at Duncton, near Petworth, at about 2.50pm yesterday, September 28, when he collided with a Peugeot 306, driven by a man from Carshalton, travelling in the opposite direction.
The man was air-lifted to Kings College Hospital in south east London but died a short time later.
The 22-year-old driver was not injured.
