Epsom and Ewell voters have just over a week left to comment on proposed new boundaries for its five divisions on Surrey County Council.
The local government boundary commission for England announced its draft proposals to redraw the areas represented by county councillors in July.
It decided to re-examine the map because nearly one third of the current divisions have populations either 10 per cent above or below the average.
The plans will see Surrey move from 80 to 81 councillor in response to a predicted 4.6 per cent increase in its population between 2010 and 2016.

Comments should be sent to Review Officer, Surrey Review, The Local Government Boundary Commission for England, Layden House, 76–86 Turnmill Street, London, EC1M 5LG or reviews@lgbce.org.uk.
The deadline is Monday, October 10.
