A wedding video business based in Clapham has received £60,000 investment from Dragon's Den star Hilary Devey.
Andrea Mcdowell, 30, and Rebecca Baldwin, 31, appeared on Dragon's Den last month with their DIY wedding film company, Shoot it Yourself.
Multimillionaire Ms Devey was so impressed by their pitch she invested £60,000 for a 26 per cent share in the business.
The company, on Acre Lane, gives out video cameras to wedding guests and guidance on how to film the big day. Shoot it Yourself then edits the footage into a cutting-edge wedding DVD.
Andrea and Rebecca gave a confident pitch and handed out personalised DVDs for each of the dragons.
They came into the den asking for £60,000 in return for a 20 percent share of Shoot it Yourself.
Ms Devey was the first dragon to make an offer.
Andrea said: "It was the most nerve wracking experience of our lives.
"We were told that we wouldn't be allowed to have lots of branding so I decided to wear my wedding dress and carry our video cameras, which does what it says on the tin!"
Ms Devey has been working closely with the company and has ideas for launching into the corporate and events market.
She said: "The company has a great concept, and some fantastic people behind it.
"The girls are friendly and highly-organised, and exactly the sort you would entrust with the task of creating a remarkable record of your most special day."
