An exclusive street in Leatherhead is among the top 20 most expensive in England in a new Lloyds TSB table. Moles Hill, with property prices averaging £2,608,000 in 2011, has made the KT22 postcode among the costliest in the country. The property pictured here, Aventine House in nearby Downs Lane, Leatherhead, is currently on the market with Hamptons International for £2.4million. The Lloyds TSB list of the top 50 most expensive streets, compiled using Royal Mail and Land Registry statistics, puts Moles Hill at number 18. Pachesham Park in Leatherhead came in at 43, with prices averaging £1,698,000 in 2011.

The number one most expensive street in the country is Campden Hill in Kensington and Chelsea where the prices averaged £4,863,000 last year.
