Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed on a residential street in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The incident took place on St Saviours Road, Brixton, at about 2.50am. Police closed the road, along with nearby Lambert Road and Halliwell Road, while they searched for clues.
They said the victim suffered non life-threatening but possibly life-changing injuries.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said the man, believed to be in his 30s, was taken to a south London hospital as a priority.
