Online registration is now open for children and young people wishing to partake in the Surrey Youth Games 2012.
With trials for Elmbridge set to begin in April across the borough, residents or students between the ages of 7 and 16 are encouraged to register at elmbridge.gov.uk/sport.
The event takes place over the weekend of June 16 and 17 at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, and is expected to attract nearly 2,000 participants.
Councillor Jan Fuller said: “In this very exciting year for sport in general, why don’t you give your children a chance to be part of Team Elmbridge and fly the flag for their borough?”
