Pensioner sexually assaulted mum and daughter
A pensioner has been found guilty of sexually assaulting girls from two generations of the same family, 25 years apart.
Peter Kirk, 68, indecently assaulted a girl in Sutton in the 1980s, when the girl was 10.
But 25 years later, when the woman’s daughter was not yet a teenager, Kirk struck again and raped her.
He was found guilty of 15 separate offences including rape of a female child under 13 years old, assault of a female child under 13 years old and indecent assault of a female at Guildford Crown court on April 2.
He is due to be sentenced on May 4 at Guildford Crown Court.
