Thank you for explaining a traumatic event.
Last night I awoke to a terrible sound of what sounded like an animal being killed.
I went to where the sound was coming from, and saw what looked like a fox.
I read your article online and I am now sure this is what I heard.
Thank you for making us aware of this terrifying cry of nature.
