Police have not yet formally identified a man found with stab wounds to the heart in a Weybridge flat.
The man in his 40s is believed to be a foreign national and arrangements have been made for his next of kin to come to the England and identify the body.
A 26-year-old was arrested on suspicion of murder after the death on Monday, April 16.
He was subsequently bailed while the murder investigation continues.
