Esher’s byelection will take place on June 21 after the death of a candidate just before May’s local election.
June 13 is the last day for new applicants to vote by proxy.
Elections in the ward were postponed when Labour candidate Bruce King died suddenly four days before voting was due to place.
The Esher ward will be closely fought after the Conservatives lost three seats on May 3.
A full list of candidates will be published when they have been announced.
