Fancy making a fascinator or are you feeling plucky enough to learn to play the guitar?
Perhaps your children want to get stuck into some craft work?
These are just a few of the activities on offer at Purley Library throughout the Purley Festival Week.
Between June 23 and June 30, just turn up to the activities at the library in Banstead Road, or contact the library first where it is specified tickets are needed.
The Purley Festival comprises a series of community events co-ordinated by volunteers.
Councillor Tim Pollard, cabinet member for children, families and learning, said "The events at Purley Library during the festival week cater for all age groups with a range of interests and many encourage whole-family participation.
"Some of the activities are regular events at the library, while others are one-offs, adding extra dimensions from music, fashion and craft as well as literature and discussions about China and Croydon- a measure of the diverse nature of what our libraries offer."
The library staff can be reached on 0208 726 6900 or by emailing purley@croydon.gov.uk
