Residents will be bringing out the bunting for dozens of street parties over the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee weekend.
A total of 66 parties have so far been confirmed over the summer- smashing the 20 planned for last year’s Royal Wedding.
Highlights include a giant street party held across four streets around Kempshott Road, Streatham, and a Jubilee-themed dog show in Salters Hill, West Norwood.
Councillor Pete Robbins, Lambeth Council cabinet member for neighbourhood services, said: “Street parties are a fantastic way for neighbours to get to know each other better.
