The woman was at Centrale in Croydon
Police closed off Tamworth Road and trams were suspended after a woman threatened to jump off a building.
The lady was on the roof of the Centrale Shopping centre.
Police were called to the scene at 11.45am and she was brought down safely.
An ambulance crew also attended at 12.50pm.
