Community order for Tooting flasher
A man has been given a community order after exposing himself in Tooting Gardens.
Stephen Powell, 46, of Smallwood Road, Tooting, was caught flashing his genitals in the gardens on May 24 this year.
Lavender Hill Magistrates Court heard he was arrested by officers under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 after being reported for exposing himself.
Magistrates gave him a community order on Monday, which includes attending appointments with police.
