Teenager shot in South Norwood (From Croydon Guardian)

The teenager was stabbed in South Norwood on Friday night

A teenager was shot last night in South Norwood.

Police were called to Portland Road, at the junction with Harrington Road at about 8pm.

London Ambulance Service was also called to the scene, but it is understood the victim made his own way to hospital.

It is believed the victim was shot in the leg, his condition is not thought to be life threatening.

No arrests have been made.
