An estate agents in South Norwood have launched a new lettings and management service.
Townends estate agents, part of the Badger Holdings Group, have expanded their lettings service after seeing an increase in demand for rental properties in south London.
To celebrate the launch of the service Croydon landlords visiting the branch in High Street, can save 50 per cent off their fees until the end of December.
Caroline Kavanagh, Managing Director of Townends Lettings and Management said: "The next logical step was to open a dedicated lettings division in South Norwood, which will expand our boundaries into this area as well as Thornton Heath and West Croydon."
