Volunteers have transformed a Croydon underpass into a colourful mural.
UnderCroydon, the group who have painted murals in places such as the Whitgift Centre, have now painted the underpass between Queen’s Gardens and Fairfield Halls.
The group, led by artists Jeanne-Marie Eayrs and Susan Beresford, had more than 50 volunteers help out with the picnic and pantomime themed mural.
Ms Jeanne-Marie Eayrs, 47, said: “The theme seemed appropriate considering the underpass leads to Fairfield Halls.
“It has been a really nice project to do over the past week or so. We are all really happy with the result.”
