Razor his game

3:41pm Thursday 21st September 2006

A French barber is hoping to prove that men's grooming is not always a cutthroat industry.

Daniel Rouah has opened his own salon, G.E.N.T, in Whytecliffe Road, Purley, in a bid to smarten up Croydon's men.

Mr Rouah, who previously held regular shaving seminars at a Baker Street barber shop in central London, is offering customers traditional shaves as well as a conventional hair cutting service.

The Parisian said: "Hair and skin care are now accepted as part of a man's daily preparation. It is not just women who spend time gazing in the bathroom mirror."
