Youngsters at Bell Farm Primary School squared up the challenge and tackled maths head on this week.
A part of maths day on Tuesday, November 12, children from across the school taught problem solving to parents invited into the classroom to see how techniques have changed in recent years.
Alongside the workshops, students from Rydens Enterprise School came in to support younger children in year 3.
The day aimed to raise the profile of maths among parents and children and to help parents gain an insight into how they can support their child’s learning at home.
