A teenager has been charged with raping a boy at a Croydon secondary school.
The 16-year-old from south Croydon, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Croydon Youth Court tomorrow charged with two offences under the Sexual Offences Act.
He is accused of raping a boy under the age of 13 and inciting a boy under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at the school, which also cannot be identified, on February 11, 2015.
