One person was injured when a car and van crashed in South Norwood this morning.
The smash, in which the van also collided with a lamp post, forced the closure of a busy road at rush hour, causing delays.
Police and paramedics were called to reports of a crash between a car, a van and a lamp post at the junction of South Norwood Hill and Portland Road at 5.43am.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said one person was treated on the scene for minor injuries but no one was taken to hospital.
The road was blocked for about two hours while emergency services cleared the area.
Bus routes 130, 196 and 410 were diverted.
